| 摘 要： | 城市图书馆对城市的现代化建设发挥着不容忽视的促进作用。大城市图书馆是全国公共图书馆的排头兵,在我国公共图书馆事业发展中占据重要地位。大城市图书馆要进一步加大文献信息资源共建共享力度,加快数字图书馆建设,加强培训工作,策划重大项目,充分发挥其在事业发展中的带动作用。要将公共图书馆建设纳入到城市规划之中,加快形成覆盖全社会的图书馆服务网络,建设传输快捷的数字图书馆服务网络,改善事业发展的政策环境,进一步发挥大城市示范作用。

| Abstract: | City Libraries play a significant role in the modernization of the cities.Metropolitan libraries are the vanguards of the public libraries in nationwide,and occupy a key position in the whole public library undertaking in China.Metropolitan libraries should further strengthen the co-construction and sharing of the information resources,accelerate the digital library construction,enhance the training,plan for the major projects,and ultimately give full play to its leading role in the development of the library undertaking.Furthermore,they should bring public library construction into the urban plans,accelerate the formation of the library service network that covers the entire population,build fast transmission network of digital library services,improve the policy environment and further exert the exemplary role of the metropolises. |
