| 摘 要： | 一站式服务、用户信息素养教育、协作学习研究等是IC的核心理念。IC信息资源建设应着力构筑合理的信息资源空间布局,强化隐性知识的显性化开发,重视OA资源的组织与整合,并努力构建面向用户的IC信息资源建设模式。
