摘    要:本研究从数字资源采购合约的结构入手,分析当前数字资源采购中图书馆存在的偏好和盲区。进一步论述了学科包条款的成因和重要性,指出"学科包"购买实质上是数据库商的高销售额策略和图书馆追求低成本选择在利益共赢上达成的一个特定的合约结果。研究分析了11个高校图书馆数字资源采购联盟联合采购的期刊类数据库的合约结构,研究了学科包条款的数量、价格和期刊种类的多样性,并设计了3个指标:自由度F、零整比系数P和重复率系数Q来科学地反映出合约的合理性和科学性,为数字资源合约标准化提供了可以量化的参考标准。

Abstract:This study starts with the structure of digital resources procurement contract.It analyses the existing preferences and blind areas of libraries in the current digital resources procurement,further expounds the causes and importance of the terms of subject packages,and points out that the purchase of subject packages is essentially the result of a specific contract concluded by the high sales strategy of database providers and the pursuit of low selection cost of libraries in the interests of win-win.The contract structure of 11 journal databases jointly collected by DRAA is analyzed.The number,price and variety of subject packages are studied.Three indexes are designed—degree of freedom F,zero integral ratio coefficient P,and repetition rate coefficient Q—to scientifically reflect the rationality and scientificity of the contract,which provides a quantifiable reference standard for the standardization of digital resource contracts.
