| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了知识资产管理Know—Net解决方案的研究背景、大概情况、总体框架、方法论以及工具集。Know—Net总体框架由知识资产集、知识网络层次以及知识管理基础设施三部分组成。Know—Net方法论包括意识、计划、发展、操作、测量和培训六个模块。Know—Net工具集由浏览器、应用软件和服务器三个基本层次构成。最后从中得到启示。

| Abstract: | The research background,general situation,framework,methodology and tool of the Know-Net solution are introduced in this article.The Know-Net framework contains three types of ele- ment:the knowledge assets,the knowledge networking levels and the KM infrastructure.The Know-Net methodology consists of six modules:Awareness,Plan,Develop,Operate,Measurement and Training. The Know-Net tool has three fundamental layers:the Knowledge navigators,the KM applications and the Knowledge server. |
