| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国目前高校数字图书馆建设现状,引出我国高校数字图书馆建设目前存在的问题。以此为基础,将经济学中的知识溢出理论引入到我国高校数字图书馆建设中,应用产业集群知识溢出机制到区域高校数字联盟建设机制中,探讨我国高校数字图书馆发展策略。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the current construction of academic digital library,the problems of academic digital library in China have been put up,then the knowledge spillover theory used in economy is introduced into academic digital library.The development strategies of China digital library are discussed in this paper by introducing the knowledge spillover mechanism of industrial cluster into the consortium construction of regional digital library. |
