| 摘 要： | 在系统交互设计过程中,人物角色做为一种行之有效的用户建模方法得到人机交互领域的广泛认可与应用,人物角色的创建方法也引起了学术研究的兴趣,但该方法在数字图书馆领域的应用与研究却屈指可数。本文对人物角色的概念和应用原理加以综述,并结合两个典型案例介绍了数字图书馆领域人物角色的创建与应用流程。希望为该领域的系统设计者或对此方法感兴趣的研究者提供素材,找到合适的切入点,在数字图书馆领域更广泛地引入人物角色方法进行实践和研究。
