| 摘 要： | 读者具有获取信息的自由，而这自由又是相对的。读者信息获取自由受法律的限制，也要法律来保护，图书馆有通过技术力量、服务意识等方面的提高来保障读者信息获取自由的责任，而读者也有维护信息自由获取环境的责任。

| Abstract: | Readers have the liberty to obtain information , but the liberty is relative, and is restricted by law, and also need the law to protect it. The library should have the responsibility to ensures the liberty of readers obtaining information by technical force , service awareness etc., and readers also have the responsibility to safeguard the environment of information obtaining in freedom. |
