| 摘 要： | 知识经济作为21世纪全新的形态正在促进着社会各个领域的巨大变革，图书馆知识服务和网络信息知识服务随着知识经济时代的发展应运而生，成为服务于知识经济的必然。本文论述了图书馆知识服务的主要特征，提出了新世纪知识服务的运行模式。
