| 摘 要： | 公平就特定的服务而言,有其特定的内容,图书馆服务公平就是文献信息需求满足的公平。需求的差异性,公平由"物"转向"人";供给的选择性,公平由"人"又转向了"物"。需求的差异、供给的选择不可避免,图书馆能做的是让更多的人享有图书馆资源。
