| 摘 要： | 从学科学派、核心内容、外围要素以及发展趋势等四个方面详细探讨知识管理与知识工程的区别.通过分析发现以下两个结论:一、知识管理与知识工程尽管字面上比较相近,但实际上却有着质的区别,知识管理的用户是人,知识工程的用户是计算机;二、图书情报技术专家的研究正好介于知识管理与知识工程之间.知识处理一定以学术文献为主要处理对象,并适当借助自然语言处理技术,深入文献内容结构及语义表达进行分析,实现知识元层面的自动化处理.
