| 摘 要： | 分析了公共治理视角中的图书馆管理变革的必要性,探讨了读者参与图书馆管理与服务的多样化模式:组建读者的图书管理委员会、建立读者论坛、推动博客在图书馆的应用、完善读者对图书馆服务水平的监督与评价体制。而这一切的核心,是将图书馆管理和服务对象——读者,纳入到图书馆的管理组成中来,更好地发挥读者在图书馆管理中的价值。
