| 摘 要： | 以材料科学为例,在广泛收集OA期刊的基础上,对OA期刊的质量和学术影响力进行了评价,分析了高校图书馆组织和揭示OA期刊的策略,并提出了高校图书馆利用OA期刊促进重点学科资源保障建设的建议。
