| 摘 要： | 文章运用比较方法，对世界知识产权组织(WIPO)、美国、欧盟、中国等关于数字出版物复制权的立法(法律、法规、、条例、文件)进行了横向比较、纵向追溯和分析、研究，在借鉴西方立法的基础上，从作品数字化、暂时复制、复制权的权利限制和例外三方面提出了我国数字出版物复制权立法的建议和思考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,legislations,including laws,codes,byelaws and files for digital publica- tion copyright in WIPO,America,European Union and China,are compared one another and cast back in history.Based on the reference to the Westem legislation,the author gives some proposals and consid- erations to the Chinese legislation for digital publication copyright in three aspects:digital publications, temporary copyright and restriction and exception of right of copyright. |
