| 摘 要： | 通过对信息、知识、信息服务、知识服务之间概念的辨析，论述了信息服务与知识服务的联系与区别，信息服务侧重于资源建设为基础，而知识服务则倚重于通过掌握知识的人来促进知识的流动和转移。从信息服务到知识服务有助于图书馆和文献信息中心重新审视自身的优势。
