| 摘 要： | 探寻、设定、构建、发展和评价"人类永久记忆客观知识精华社会机制"这一"核心论域"是新时期图书馆学基础理论研究的重要任务。应建立图书馆运动的独特价值目标体系,确立"知识本体观"思维,积极培育人文精神,重点发展社会机制,探索建立专属智慧科学。"永久建立客观知识关联"是图书馆的基本运动规律。应秉持"计算主义"路线,开发微计算技术,通过建立语义和语用层面的客观知识关联,努力把图书馆建设成为"人类永久记忆客观知识精华"的"创造性的关联与协同者"。
