| 摘 要： | 托管型社区图书馆是新型的社区图书馆办馆模式，具有“委托管理、分馆运作”的体制特点。其建设的现实意义在于建立良好的管理机制，解决社区自行办馆中难以解决的问题；改变“小而全”的办馆模式，为建立地区性公共文献资源共建共享体系奠定基础。
