| 摘 要： | 以核心竞争力理论为基础,以网络搜索引擎为主要竞争对手,分析了当代图书馆员的竞争优势,并得出结论:专业化的信息能力是图书馆员的核心竞争力.然后构建了一个由三种信息能力构成的核心竞争力模型,分析了这三种信息能力和核心竞争力之间的关系.

| Abstract: | This article is based on the theory of core competitiveness.Search engine is looked as a chief competitor of librarian.By analyzing the competitive advantages of librarian,the authors think that the core competitiveness of librarian is professional information capacity.Then,the authors design a model of core competitiveness which includes three kinds of information capacity,and analyze the relationship between core competitiveness and three kinds of information capacity. |
