| 摘 要： | 基于图书馆职业精神的定义及图书馆本质的分析，论述了图书馆职业精神包括职业认知、职业情操和职业使命三个层次。以思想教育和激励机制作为职业精神形成的基础，把馆员的职业态度、职业纪律、职业良心、职业责任、职业理想和职业荣誉的培育放在更加重要的位置，符合图书馆职业的现实需要，使之不断地演进及转化，升华为图书馆职业精神，反过来又指导着图书馆实践，呈现螺旋上升态势发展，促进图书馆事业稳定、可持续的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition of core values of library profession and the analysis of the nature of the library, the paper discusses the core values of library profession which include three levels : professional awareness, professional sentiment and professional mission,and thinks that ideological education and incentive mechanisms should be as a basis for the formation of the core value of profession, so the cultivation of the professional attitude of staff, professional discipline, professional conscience, professional responsibilities, vocational and professional honor need to keep pace with the library practice. The interaction between the core values of library profession and the library practice promotes the stable and sustainable development of library cause. |
