| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the crisis that libraries have when adopting idea in three aspects as onganizing system, servicing mode and resource donstruction.It pointed out that crises coexists with opportunity so that the reform of libfary should be deepened and quickened with librarians'prfessional keenness and responsibility,thus promoting library development in the 21 st century. |
