| 摘 要： | 从组织制度环境视角研究了高校图书馆采编业务外包的动因.基于对广州高校图书馆的调查,本文认为适应型动因(适应扩招和本科教学评估)是采编业务外包的根本动因.外包更多地是高校图书馆对组织制度环境变迁的适应性反应,而不是基于效率和技术理性预期的一项设计.并从制度环境变迁和"示范-模仿"机制两个方面探讨了催生采编业务外包的具体机制.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the environment of organization system,this paper researches into the causation of outsourcing of acquisition and cataloguing in academic library.Bases on the survey of the outsourcing of acquisition and cataloging in 19 academic libraries in Guangzhou,this paper thinks that the cause of adaptation is the fundamental cause of outsourcing of acquisition and cataloging.Outsourcing is more a response to adapt to the change of system circumstance,but not a design on rational expectations... |
