| 摘 要： | 随着电子资源的日益增多，图书馆急需电子资源管理系统（ERM）来对其进行有效管理，文章简述了ALA的电子资源管理创始计划（ERMI），并对几个有代表性的ERMS进行了介绍（包括Horizon ERM、Endeavor Meridian、Innovative ERM），最后提出ERMS将成为图书馆系统中心这一发展趋势。
