| 摘 要： | 进入二十世纪九十年代以来，我国各级图书馆在管理中逐步引入“人本管理”的理论和实践，图书馆界出现了许多研究人本管理的文章，内容主要集中于人本管理的对象、适用原则和具体管理方法等，本文就这些年出现的有关图书馆人本管理的文章进行综述。
