| Abstract: | This year,the Ministry of Education has issued The Rules and Regulations for Independent Colleges in which Independent Colleges have been classified into non-government education system.The paper gives an analysis and discussion on how,in the five transitional years granted by our government,the independent college libraries including those in Shaanxi will develop and improve themselves in aspects such as facilities,collection,services etc. |
