| 摘 要： | 以我国现阶段出版的期刊标识信息为切入点，通过对现阶段出版的期刊标识信息特和的归纳以及图书馆对现行期刊日常管理实际工作的分析研究，论证我国现阶段出版的期刊标识信息的诸多不合理因素，由此提出了期刊出版的一些建议及改进措施。

| Abstract: | Taking the current periodicals identifier information as the break through point, the paper induces the feature of this identifier information. Further more, on the basis of practical management of the periodicals in libraries, the paper analyzes the unreasonable factors in this identifier information, and advances some proposals and improvements. |
