| Abstract: | With the notion of public products as the starting point,the essay analyses some disadvantages public libraries have to provide public welfare services,such as the inflexible regulations,the limited funds,the lack of relevant laws and the outmoded concepts etc.Then the author presents her thoughts on providing overall public welfare services in public libraries. |
