| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了传统信息检索的现状，把智能Agent计算机软件引入图书馆信息服务中；详细介绍了智能Agent的结构、技术；设计了智能Agent在信息服务中的工作流程，在此基础上做了有关数据库、网页的搜索试验，并对试验结果进行分析，得出智能化信息服务成功的结论。
