| 摘 要： | 目的：调查微信公众平台在国内医院，特别是三甲医院的应用现状，为微信公众平台在三甲医院的应用和完善提供借鉴。方法：利用网络调查法，调查我国医院利用微信公众平台开展移动服务的现状以及存在的问题，重点研究了三甲综合医院微信公众平台总体情况、各级菜单包含内容及平台功能。结果：被调查的191家医院中三甲医院共37家，其中开通微信公众平台的不到4％。结论：医院微信公众平台分布区域不均衡，美容、妇科、眼科医院较重视医院的宣传与推广，医院应利用微信公众平台开展和拓宽医院移动服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the experiences with the application and perfection of Wechat public platform in class A hospitals by investing its application in domestic hospitals, especial in class A hospitals.Methods The mobile service provided on Wechat public platform and related problems in domestic hospitals were investigated by website survey.The general situation, menus, and functions of Wechat public platform in class A hospitals were described. Results Of the investigated 191 hospitals, 37 were class A hospitals and less than 4%of which opened their Wechat public platform.Conclusion The distribution of Wechat public platform is uneven in domestic hospitals.Importance is attached to the application of mobile service in hospitals of cosmetology, gynecology and ophthalmology. |
