| 摘 要： | 本文从教育是科技馆首要目的和首要功能的角度切入,论证科技馆评估应以教育功能为核心,以教育功能的实现情况为出发点。在分析国内外博物馆、科技馆评估理论研究与实践的基础上,归纳出科技馆评估的类型,并基于各级科技馆在中国特色现代科技馆体系中的定位和职责,提出科技馆评估方式——应直接根据科技馆的行政级别开展运行评估。在分析现有国内外博物馆、科技馆运行评估指标特点的基础上,提出科技馆运行评估指标的选取原则和指标体系,以期评估结果为我国科技馆事业的可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | From the perspective that education is a primary goal and the principle function of science and technology museums, it is demonstrated that educational function should be at the core of evaluation of science and technology museums, and achievements of the educational function act as the starting point. Based on the analysis of evaluation theories and practices in the domestic and foreign museums, the different types of evaluation index system used in this field are summarized. And based on the positioning and responsibilities of science and technology museums at all levels in the Contemporary Science Centers System with Chinese Characteristics, the article is presented that evaluation should be conducted directly according to administrative level of science and technology museums. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of existing domestic and foreign museums, the principles are proposed to select indexes and the evaluation index system of operation in the science and technology museums. The results are expected to provide reference for the sustainable development of science and technology museums in China. |
