| 摘 要： | 文章主要对海南公共图书馆目前存在与面临的问题进行分析。在新形势下 ,公共图书馆如何迎接知识经济时代的挑战 ,提出了海南各市县公共图书馆的信息资源建设 ,必须发挥馆藏信息资源的优势 ,因势利导 ,树立改革意识 ,转换管理机制 ,逐步建立科学的管理体系 ,以强化信息开发管理为手段 ,建立人才竞争机制 ,彻底冲破旧体制的束缚 ,走一条适应市场经济需求又具有海南公共图书馆特色的信息资源建设的改革发展之路。只有这样 ,才能跟上海南经济建设的改革步伐 ,从而为海南两个文明建设服务做出应有的贡献

| Abstract: | This essay is about the analysis of the problems that we face now in the public libraries in Hainan.For the public libraries, how to meet with the epoch of knowledge and economy is a challenge. The public libraries in all parts of Hainan are required to make full use of the store of the information resources, adroitly guide action of the circumstances, have the ideas to reform, change the system of management and progressively form a scientific system of management in the construction of information resources. We should strengthen the management of the development of information and set up a system of competition between people of abilities. We should completely break away from the trammels of the old system, we should have our own way to meet the needs of the market of economy and have our own way with the characteristics of Hainan's public library in the reform and development of the construction of the information resource. Only in this way, can we keep up with the steps in the reform of the economic construction of Hainan. Thus we can make contributions to and serve the two civilizations of Hainan. |
