| 摘 要： | 在回顾海南省高校图书馆、公共图书馆、科研图书馆和党校图书馆四大系统发展的基础上，分别从建设目标和建设内容等方面，提出了海南省数字图书馆的建设构想，并强调海南省数字图书馆的建设应注重信息资源的开发和提高利用效率。
