| 摘 要： | 信息高速公路建设推动了人类社会信息化进程, 也给知识产权保护带来一系列新问题。文章主要就传统作品的数字化权、作品数字化的法律性质、网络传输的法律性质及数字化作品的合理使用等四个与信息高速公路知识产权保护密切相关的问题做了探讨。

The essay approach these problems from four different angles. Mainly it includes digital right of traditional works, legal character of digital works and transmission of network,and how to put digital works to rational use. |
