| 摘 要： | “中国警察科学引文索引”（Chinese Police Science Citation Index，CPSCI）创建了一个基于Web的引文索引数据录改系统，并形成了一整套科学高效的系统开发、数据录改、数据安全、文献自动处理、数据质量控制和数据组织的方法和策略，确保了引文索引数据库建设速度和质量及系统功能的实现。

Meanwhile, it formulates a number of methods and strategies leading to scientific and efficient system development, data input and revision, data security, processing articles automatically and the control of data quality as well as scientific and efficient data organization so as to ensure the speed of the construction of citation index database, its quality and the realization of the systematic function. |
