| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设必然涉及到一系列新的版权保护问题, 文章初步分析了作品的数字化问题、网络传输问题、数据库的版权保护问题, 并阐述了数字图书馆建设过程中在这三方面如何避免侵权。最后提出三点建议, 即: 加快法律修改与扩展, 图书馆积极参与讨论; 普及馆员的版权法知识; 建立著作权集体管理组织。
