| 摘 要： | 随着因特网, 特别是电子商务的不断发展, 网络信息资源正在急剧膨胀, 如何帮助用户有效地获取和利用网络信息资源成为IT 界的研究热点。综合性的网络搜索引擎已经不能满足用户的特定检索需求, 建立网络专业指引库具有重要的意义。本文从信息检索的角度, 概述了网络专业指引库的概念、种类、特点及构建理论基础。文章最后进一步从理论上概括地论述了网络专业指引库的数据库开发步骤。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increasing of Internet information resource and E-commerce, comprehensive search engines have not been meeting users specify information needs. So, it is important to design guiding databases on Internet. This paper describes the concept, types, characteristics and basic theory of guiding databases. Finally, the design procedures are further discussed. |
