| Abstract: | Abstract Linking out from reference citations within online STM (science, technology, medicine) serial articles is an issue of growing importance for readers and content providers alike. This paper touches on the current state of linking activities and discusses on a high level the creation of a linking service that will facilitate resource discovery by the end user and automatic link creation by the publisher of online serials. |
