| 摘 要： | 电视新闻节目的策划一直以来是一个有争议的问题,本文的作者针对新闻节目不能策划提出了自己的观点,并从新闻实践的事实论述了构成电视新闻节目报道的策划要素,分析论证了报道的选题、报道的主题和切入点的挖掘、报道的形式、报道的话题设计和新闻节目的编排艺术等等都是可以策划的,并且也需要策划的观点。这些报道的策划正是提高新闻节目质量和新闻节目的竞争力所不可少的手段和措施。

| Abstract: | The scheming of TV news programmes has been an object of argumentation. In the essay, the author puts forward his own viewpoint on whether news programmes cannot be schemed and expounds the key elements of the scheming of TV news reports through the journalist practice. Moreover, while making an analysis of the selection of the news topic, the subject of the report and the cultivation of the approaching point, the form of coverage, the scheming of the report topic, and the editing and arranging art of news programmes, he also proves that it is both likely and worthwhile to scheme all these things, which is the very means and measures indispensable to the improvement of the quality and the competitiveness of news programmes. |
