| 摘 要： | 企业知识管理对企业的知识积累、知识交流、知识共享及知识创新都非常重要，Wiki技术是一种Web2.0应用，具有开放性、协作性、共享性和易用性等特征。中国水电顾问集团贵阳勘测设计研究院是一家有着50年历史的、从事水电站勘测设计的高科技企业，通过研究wiki技术在该院知识管理中的应用实践，探讨Wiki技术应用于企业知识管理的诸多优势及产生的效益。

| Abstract: | Enterprise knowledge management is very important to enterprise knowledge accumulation, knowledge exchange, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Wiki is a web2.0 application, has some characters, such as openness, cooperation, sharing and usability. HydroChina Guiyang Engineering Corporation is a high technology enterprise which has been engaged in hydropower station investigation and design for 50 years history. The thesis discusses some advantages and effects of the application of Wiki technology in enterprise knowledge management through a real application case of wiki technology in knowledge management of this corporation . |
