| 摘 要： | 网络提供了一种前所未有的信息传播途径。这种新型的传播方式在给人们带来各种便利的同时 ,也给原有的知识产权保护体系提出了严峻的挑战。网络版权保护应在信息生产者、信息使用者和信息提供者之间寻求最佳的利益平衡。通过对网络信息传播、复制、网络侵权行为等问题的讨论 ,提出了构建信息产权法制体系的概念

| Abstract: | An unprecedented channel for information transmission has been provided by computer networks.While facilitating people greatly,this new type of communication gives a severe challenge on the original intellectual property protection system.An optimal interest equilibrium among providers,producers and users of information should be seeked out in copyright protection of on line information.Via discussion of transmission,copy and copyright infringement of information and so on,a concept of construction of legal system for information property was advanced. |
