| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO,中国企业将面临前所未有的激烈市场竞争与挑战。作为企业竞争制胜先导和基础的竞争情报,正愈来愈受到企业界和学术理论界的重视。而企业竞争情报信息化的建设是企业有效开展竞争情报工作的基础保障,也是现代企业管理和国民经济信息化的重要内容。本文针对企业竞争情报信息化过程中存在的问题,论述企业竞争情报信息化的必要性和思路,并提出竞争战略定量分析模型。本文将对企业竞争情报信息化建设提供有益的借鉴和解决方案。
