| 摘 要： | 作者在概括我国学位论文收藏与服务工作的总体情况后 ,提出了建立国家级学位论文服务体系的必要性 ,以及其目标和功能。探索性地提出了国家层面学位论文服务体系的资源组织框架和管理共亭机制 ,并就学位论文服务体系的实施提出了可供参考的对策建议
