| 摘 要： | 信息服务与网络平台的强力结合 ,为全国信息资源共建、共知、共享提供了新的思路和空间。基于这种背景 ,本文从整体互动性和可操作性的角度出发 ,探讨了我国图书情报机构信息资源整体化建设的相关问题 ,提出了网络环境下我国信息资源建设宏观协调与微观发展的模式和策略 ,并对影响我国信息资源协调发展的主要问题进行了分析 ,目的是为寻求和建立适合于国情的信息资源建设运作模式和服务体系提供参考

| Abstract: | A new approach and opportunity for the co construction, knowledge and share of the notional information resources is resulted in the combination of information service with network technology Based on the setting,some problems related to the unitary construction of the information resources in China were discussed by the author in this paper in the light of the unitary mutualism and maneuverability The models and strategy were suggested for the concerted development of both integer and local information construction in our country,and the major problems effected to the development were analyzed,by which the suggestions would be provided for the search and foundation of the work model and service system suitable to the practice of our country. |
