| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了我国长三角、珠三角等区域科技信息资源共享情况,通过分析湖南省科技信息资源建设现状及区域共享存在的问题,结合现代科技发展对信息需求的特点,阐述了建立科技信息共享机制的必要性,提出了区域科技信息共享机制研究应该重点从科技信息共享平台、政策法规体系、标准体系、管理体系和服务体系五个方面开展研究。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the S&T information resources sharing circumstance in Changjiang River Delta,Zhujiang River Delta etc.Through analyzing the Hunan Province S&T information construction present situation and the existing problem of the regional S&T sharing,the author elaborated the establishment of S&T information sharing mechanism,proposed that the regional of S&T information sharing mechanism research should carry out from the S&T information sharing platform,the policy laws and regulations system,the standard system,the management system and the service system,and made the forecast in the future. |
