| Abstract: | This paper puts forward some view-point that the traditional information retrieval system can not satisfy the user's requirements for knowledge, the cause is that the depth of knowledge orangizing is in the administrative levels of document. The solving means of the problem is that the control unit of the knowledge of document goes deep into the knowledge element as a unit. The paper points out that the ontology and XML tools are the general foundation platform implenemting the computer extraction of knowledge element and the reasoning of knowledge. |
