| 摘 要： | 全球信息化浪潮向现有知识产权法律体系提出了挑战，网络下的知识产权问题已成为各国信息化过程中的核心问题之一。专有信息的法律保护、多媒体作品的著作权保护、数据库保护等诸多新问题将促使知识产权法律保护对象和法律结构的调整；而知识产权概念向信息产权概念的发展，或许将成为信息社会中知识产权法律体系的最大变革。
