| Abstract: | Since 2000,online digital reference system is one of hot topics in library and information science,but focuses on assistant system.This paper introduces a online heuristic surrogate system which are reference service experience-based.The discussion focuses on improving the practicability of the system and the validity of reference knowledge base,e.g.open structure, and the appraisement mechanism of the reference knowledge. |
