| 摘 要： | 文章通过对我国学位论文资源管理现状和国内外信息资源共享状况进行系统分析,提出了构建国家学位论文资源共享体系的目标、原则和步骤。从组织体制、信任机制、利益机制、服务方式和采集渠道等5个方面提出了构建国家学位论文资源共享体系的实施建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the domestic and foreign status of information resources sharing,and the management of national dissertation,the article puts forward the goal,principle and procedure of the construction of national dissertation resources sharing system.It provides implementation recommendations for constructing national dissertation open resources system from 5 aspects. They are organization system,trust mechanism,benefit mechanism,service mode,and collecting channel. |
