| 摘 要： | 通过专利布局占领目标市场已成为跨国企业争夺和控制国外市场的主要手段之一.当前,专利布局战略正成为国外企业角逐中国市场的新武器.基于此,文章从专利地域和专利技术两个维度构建专利布局分析的基本框架,并且针对该研究框架,将聚类方法与多维标度法有机结合,提出一个可视化的专利布局分析方法.同时,以公路工程领域为例,从专利地域布局和专利技术布局两个方面进行专利布局的可视化实验,指出主要国家的关联图谱和主要技术类别的关联图谱,以此判别该技术领域的深层次结构,从中得到部分建设性的结论,为相关决策工作提供必要的信息支持和保障.
