| 摘 要： | 在对组织知识存量结构及存储情况进行分析的基础上,提出了一种基于加权超网络模型的组织知识存量表示方法。模型中,知识节点具有两类属性值,分别表示组织知识在人脑中以及其他各类存储媒介中的存量。知识节点与各存储媒介节点之间的边具有权重,用以表示组织知识点在各存储媒介中的存量。该方法可同时表示组织知识的存量及存储分布情况,还可用于表示组织成员的个人知识存量、组织知识的定位搜索、组织知识安全性分析等。最后结合一个实例对方法进行了验证。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the structure and the types of the storage medium of organizational knowledge,a weighted supernetwork model is proposed to represent the stocks of organizational knowledge.In the model the nodes that donate the organizational knowledge points have two types of attributes,which represent the organizational knowledge stocks stored in human brains and other types of storage medium respectively.The edges that link knowledge nodes to storage medium nodes have weights, and each weight represents the value of the stock that the linked knowledge point is stored in the linked storage media.The method can he applied to representing the organizational knowledge stocks together with their storage medium,to representing individual knowledge stocks,to knowledge retrieving and locating,and to analyzing the security of organizational knowledge etc.In the end a case study is given. |
