| 摘 要： | 针对政务门户构建中知识组织与整合问题,从行为学角度出发,利用行为学中的三个经典理论与模型,结合实证研究,对网络信息用户的信息行为进行深入分析和研究,同时将网络信息行为动机以及影响网络信息行为动机的各种内、外部因素加以区分,在此基础上将网络信息用户进行分类,并针对不同动机层次的网络信息用户提出个性化信息推荐、政务流程集成、知识交流平台等不同的信息服务模式,同时结合主题图技术、政务业务流程集成、AroundMe 系统、政务知识交流平台GNS 等技术手段,构建一个政务门户系统模型,从而实现政务门户的知识组织与整合.
