| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源管理最重要的内容是正确识别信息对象的特征并选择恰当的管理模式，而对信息资源进行清晰分类是第三代Internet网络信息资源管理实践所面临的首要问题。文章从第三代Internet网络信息资源管理的基本特征和信息管理的一般过程分析着手，论述将第三代Internet网络信息资源管理的基本过程结合起来，构建科学的第三代Internet网络信息资源管理的新模式。

| Abstract: | The most important content of network information resource management is to discern the target of information characteristic correctly and choose the right management mode. but classifying information resources clearly is that we face a problem firstly that the third internet network resources management in practice. We should analyze and set about the third generation of Internet network essential feature and general course of information management, combine the basic course of network information resources management of the third generation internet, design the scientific and new mode of internet network information resources management. |
